Yes! If your crockery or cookware arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can return it. Here’s what you need to know:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- You must show proof of purchase (Order ID)
🚫 What items can’t be returned?
To keep things clear, here are items we can’t accept:
- Used or washed products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days
💸 How do I get a refund?
We process refunds quickly:
- Email support@kitchenexa.pk with Order ID and reason
- Attach a clear image if the item is damaged
- Once approved, refunds are sent via:
- Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: 2–3 business days
