Yes! If your crockery or cookware arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can return it. Here’s what you need to know:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• You must show proof of purchase (Order ID)

🚫 What items can’t be returned?

To keep things clear, here are items we can’t accept:

• Used or washed products
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned after 7 days

💸 How do I get a refund?

We process refunds quickly:

1. Email support@kitchenexa.pk with Order ID and reason
2. Attach a clear image if the item is damaged
3. Once approved, refunds are sent via:
   • Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
   • Easypaisa / JazzCash: 2–3 business days
